First turn of the Lites first moto. Ben Townley fell on the first lap and was way back.

Ryan Villopoto briefly trailed Broc Hepler before taking command.

Townley put on a brave charge but had too much ground to make up.

It is a little hard to tell from this angle but Villopoto is coming in for a landing after about a 60' tabletop. He is pulling a tearoff and setting himself up for a hard 90 degree left turn just beyond the landing zone.

Townley was leaping over the yellow track edge markers in this section carrying as much speed as possible.

Villopoto was impressive in running away with the win in the first moto.
